Senior schedule

Activities planned Monday through Friday at the Strachota Senior Center, formerly the Bradshaw Senior Citizens Center, 801 E. Eighth Ave.

Monday

Coffee, low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch

Tuesday

Coffee, dominoes, PEPPI (low-impact/balancing/resistance/strength training) and lunch

Wednesday

Coffee, dominoes, PEPPI (low-impact/balancing/resistance/strength training), blood pressure checks and lunch

Thursday

Coffee, dominoes, PEPPI (low-impact/balancing/resistance/strength training), lunch and 1 p.m. AARP meeting

Friday

Coffee, low-impact exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey, Traditional Band performs and lunch

Various exercise equipment is free for use by senior citizens at the Strachota Center, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Additional information about the activities at the Strachota center is available by calling 870-543-6323.

Monday

Homestyle chicken and rice, country corn, French green beans, wheat bread, chocolate chip cookie and milk

Tuesday

Spaghetti, succotash, sliced carrots, Texas bread, pineapple tidbits and milk

Wednesday

BBQ chicken, ranch beans, cabbage, cornbread, fruited cherry gelatin and milk

Thursday

Hawaiian glazed ham, mashed spiced yams, green beans, dinner roll, chocolate cake and milk

Friday

Hamburger patty, lettuce, tomato, and pickle, oven roasted potatoes, hamburger bun, peach cobbler, mustard and milk
