A story that was published in Thursday’s edition of The Commercial regarding the arrest of Darren Snow incorrectly identified the victim of an alleged assault at a house on North Richard Drive.
The alleged victim was a male who told police Snow and another person had attacked him, and Snow hit him in the face with a set of brass knuckles, resulting in an injury to his eye which required treatment at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
According to a police affidavit, Snow refused to identify the person who was with him at the time of the incident.
Snow was ordered to have no contact with the victim as a condition of his bond.
