Unused and expired propellant will be destroyed at the Pine Bluff Arsenal starting Wednesday morning, a spokesman said.
The propellant is used in the manufacturing of ammunition. Little Rock Air Force Base Explosive Ordnance Disposal staff will be destroying the substance stored at the arsenal.
