Justice of the Peace Alfred Carroll said a quote attributed to him in a Tuesday article was incorrect.
Carroll, a Democratic candidate for Jefferson County judge, was quoted as saying “Pine Bluff is not functioning” in a report on a Monday night candidates forum at a University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff fraternity house.
Carroll said Tuesday afternoon that he actually said, “Pine Bluff is not not functioning.”
