The Joe Hardin Lock at Altheimer and the Emmett Sanders Lock and Dam at Pine Bluff are closed to traffic because of high flows on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System.
The locks will reopen when the flows drop to safe navigation levels.
